Can I use a theme for my client's site?

Yes you can use our themes in unlimited number of client projects. But please remember that all our themes comes with single-seat license. So if multiple developers are working on the same theme same time, you may need to purchase additional seat[s]. Drop us a line at [email protected]

Do you provide documentation?

Our themes comes with extensive documentation. Still, if you are looking for something that is missing or not easilyfound, feel free to open a support request and we will do our best to assist you.

How long does support last?

As long as your subscription remains valid, you will be eligible to get support from us.

Can I install a theme on multiple domain?

Yes you can, on unlimited sites. But you can not resell the theme to someone else to use it on their sites.

Do you support the latest version of WordPress?

We make sure that our themes are compatible with the latest release of WordPress and we will release occasional updates which you will get for free as long as your subscription remains valid.

How do I get support?

There is a tiny chat icon on the bottom right corner in our site. You can log into your admin panel and as for support from there. You can also send us a mail to [email protected]

What kind of license do you use?

our themes are 100% compatible with GPL V2. However, some third party libraries are used in our themes that comes with their own licensing terms.

What if I am not satisfied with your themes?

You can contact us and let us know which things are bugging you so that we can try to fix that for you. If that does not work you can check our refund policy and ask for a refund. We process refunds for eligible claims only

As a member, what do I get?

Access to the themes that you purchase, regular updates and support as long as your subscription remains up to date.

Do you offer customization/design services?

How do I update my theme?

The same way you update other WordPress themes.

Is there demo data available?

Yes, all of our themes comes with demo data. If you’re having any trouble installing demo data onto your site, just let us know and we will do it for you, for free.

What will happen after my membership runs out?

You will lose access to your MajesticTheme admin panel. So you will not be getting any more updates and supports. However, you can keep using the themes that you had already downloaded.

How can I pay?

You can pay using paypal and using your credit card.

Do your membership auto-renew?

Yes, but you can cancel it anytime. Contact us at [email protected]

Can I upgrade (or downgrade) my plan if needed?

Downgrading is not possible at this moment. But you can let your subscription expire and purchase a new plan anytime. If you want to upgrade then open a support ticket by sending a mail to [email protected] and we will assist you from there.

Can I test Themes before purchasing?

Each of our themes comes with a demo link. However, if you want to test drive the admin panel then just drop us a line at [email protected] and we will arrange it for you
